We do not offer an Interior Design service but our knowledgeable team are always on hand to offer advice.

Payment & Ordering

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard & PayPal.

To complete your purchase, we require taking full payment from your selected payment method immediately after you’ve placed an order.

All of our shopping cart and checkout pages are secure. It’s important to Dorma Home that you can shop on our website in complete confidence.

We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology which provides a secure connection to keep your personally identifiable information safe.

VAT, where applicable, is included in all our prices unless stated otherwise.

Our team is able to process your order over the phone in most cases. Give us a call on +35228669198 and we'll be happy to help. Our phone hours are Monday to Saturday 10am - 6pm.

We will send you an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. This email will confirm what items you have purchased, the quantity and how much you will be charged.

All email communications about your order are sent to the email address you entered when placing your order. Sometimes confirmation emails are caught in spam or junk folders, so be sure to check there first and add Dorma Home to your safe senders list.

If you still haven’t received your confirmation email after 24 hours, email us on info@dormahome.com and we'll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email.

We offer a standard two year guarantee on all products.

We are very sorry that we have sent you an item that is different to what you have ordered. If the item that you have received is not part of your original order please call us on +35228669198 or email us at info@dormahome.com

Our team will explain how you can return the item, and either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement. We will also be able to replace the item for you at no extra cost.

At this time, Dorma Home does not offer financing options for the purchase of any items on our site.

We do not currently offer the option of ordering fabric swatches. We welcome you to visit our showroom to view our furniture and products in person prior to purchase.

Yes, when purchasing any goods online there are Terms & Conditions that are applicable to your order.
